Chosen Few Accomodation (Min. stay 15 days €225) is a well furnished 4 bedroom House in a quiet, safe and clean area for your perfect holidays. You do not have to rent the whole house but can rent a single room. Each comes with a different price dep.on size and Amenities though the rooms are standard with Shower, A/C etc. for all Budgets. All rooms except for the single bedroom cost just €450 per month which is 30 days (€225 for 15 days) and room 4 costs just €360 a month and (€180 15 days).

Attention:
After you make a reservation, it will be accepted or declined by the owner. Once accepted, a down payment of 30% is due at least 8 days before arrival. Your billing details will be saved, and the remaining amount will be charged on the day of arrival. If the down payment is not made on time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
In Ghana you have to buy your own Electricity appro. €25 (month)
Please note this is like an Airbnb, there's no one who is going to clean your room daily. You will also have to take care of your own food
